Founded by former UCI pro road cyclist, Liam Holohan, he draws on a decade of international racing experience, a deep interest in physiology and psychology, plus top level coaching qualifications from the Association of British Cycle Coaches, British Cycling and Training Peaks, to help cyclists, from beginner to pro, achieve their potential in the sport.


We often work with clients who are juggling busy lives, but through seeking to understand their motivations, goals and availability to train, we will tailor our approach to each individual to ensure they get the most from their time riding, with a scientific evidence based approach, whilst crucially still enjoying it!


Working with juniors to veterans, 4th cats to World Tour professionals. We’ve helped riders complete their first Etape Du Tour, all the way through to National and International podiums on the world stage. Every athlete will get the time and expertise they deserve, regardless of their level. We specialise in all endurance-based cycling disciplines:

Coaching

1 2 1 Coaching.

£150 per month (Minimum 1-month term).

A 360-degree, no compromise approach, in supporting you achieve your goals. Looking at all aspects of performance, (physiological, phycological, nutritional, biomechanical, tactical and technical), we will leave no stone unturned.


Starting with an event breakdown, we’ll look at the key demands of the event, cross checking this with your unique rider profile. Using historical racing, training and testing data, we can understand your event specific strengths and weaknesses. From this we can devise an individual training program (delivered through industry leader Training Peaks). Using current evidence and advanced analytics (WKO5), we’ll ensure you are optimising your training in pursuit of your goals.


There’s no limit to coach communication or training amendments. This is an all-encompassing package. A one to one personal approach is the best way to maximise your potential.

Training Plan.

£50 per month. (Minimum 3-month term).

If you’re looking to add more structure to your training, or unsure how to improve that FTP, this is a great place to start. Differing from other “off the peg” training plans, it’s specific to you, your goals, and time restrains.


The training plan will include the event breakdown and rider analysis. From this we can devise a plan that focuses on the key elements and limiting factors to your performance.

Training Plan Plus.

£80 per month (Minimum 3-month term).

Ideal for the rider who wants to take their performance to the next level, pushing through that fitness plateau. The training plan plus features all the benefits of the training plan, with monthly consultations and analysis, to assess whether you’re on track to achieving your goals.

Testing and Consultation.

£75.

We offer clients the opportunity to undergo physiological testing. This is essential in order to keep track of adaptation to the training and ensure accuracy of your training zones.


During testing we’ll use a blood lactate analyser to determine your aerobic and anaerobic thresholds. We’ll also look at your body composition, biomechanics and estimate your VO2 max. With this data we can accurately set your training zones and make specific training recommendations.


Post testing, we will follow up with a 1-hour consultation. A great opportunity to speak with a qualified coach and go through the results. We’ll highlight strengths and weaknesses, along with recommendations on how to improve. This will then be followed up with a report and post consultation summary.
